The Lsat:

What is the LSAT? The LSAT is the Law School Admission Test, and according to over 70% of law school admission deans, is the single most important factor in the law school admission process.

Why is the LSAT so important to law schools? A significant percentage of a school’s ranking is based off of its first year students’ LSAT medians. Additionally, schools have found the exam to be substantially more predictive of an applicant’s success in law school than their GPA or work experience.

How do I register for the LSAT? You can register for the LSAT through the Law School Admission Counsel’s website at http://lsac.org. The fee is $132, and we recommend you book your slot as soon as possible as test centers fill up quickly.
